We are looking for an organised, proactive, and detail-focused Retail Assistant to join our busy Retail team at Head Office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, supporting multiple stakeholders, and playing a key role in ensuring our stores operate smoothly and effectively.
About the Role
As a Retail Assistant, you will provide high-quality administrative and operational support to the Retail Director and wider Retail team.
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of information between Head Office and stores, preparing reports, coordinating retail activities, and supporting store teams to deliver strong commercial results.
Key Responsibilities
Sharing weekly and ad-hoc sales updates, KPIs, and performance dashboards with stores.
Liaising daily with Head Office departments to support store operations.
Responding to store queries and escalating issues where needed.
Collecting and organising information from stores for the Retail Director and Regional Managers.
Coordinating meetings, training sessions, travel, and accommodation.
Preparing agendas, meeting packs, reports, and minutes.
Supporting new store openings, promotions, launches, and operational changes.
Compiling daily, weekly, and monthly trading reports.
Maintaining internal systems, trackers, and templates.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
Highly organised, reliable, and calm under pressure
A strong communicator with excellent attention to detail
Confident using Excel, reports, and KPIs
Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Friendly, professional, and great at building relationships
Experience Required
Essential
Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Desirable
Experience working with retail systems or reporting platforms
Understanding of retail performance metrics
