What you'll be doing: Learning & Development Trainer
Delivering training for new and existing employees.
Running inductions and supporting onboarding.
Creating and updating training content and materials.
Engaging groups and facilitating discussions.
Tracking progress and sharing insights with managers.
Supporting e-learning and bringing fresh learning ideas into the team.
What you need: Learning & Development Trainer
Experience in training, learning delivery, or teaching.
Strong communication and facilitation skills.
Confident using Microsoft and Google tools.
Able to solve problems and manage an engaged room.
Comfortable with flexible hours, including some weekends.
