Our Client:
We are working with a dynamic modelling studio. They are in search of a talented phone booker to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Your Role:
As an Appointment Booker, your primary focus will be to engage with individuals who have shown interest in our client's offerings. Your goal is to create rapport, showcase the magic of their studio, and inspire potential clients to book their unforgettable sessions.
What You'll Do:
- Call and text leads effectively
- Utilise their proven script to clearly explain the experience and address any enquiries
- Build trust and excitement around services, selling confidence, not just a makeover
- Overcome objections and secure bookings with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Update their customer management system with lead notes and timely follow-ups
- Meet booking targets and earn attractive bonuses
What They're Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of telesales experience
- Strongly target-driven and motivated by financial incentives
- A confident and friendly phone presence with natural charm
- Previous sales or customer service experience
- A genuine passion for beauty, transformation, and uplifting others
- Organised and self-motivated, with a love for following up and closing leads
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
