Summary

Hays are supporting an award-winning law firm in Bristol with the recruitment for a number of Legal Technology / Innovation roles. The team work in a hybrid, flexible working pattern, typically 2 or 3 days per week in the office in central Bristol. The salary is up to £70,000pa depending on experience and background.


In the role, you'd join the innovation team who are responsible for transforming legal service delivery through technology adoption and collaboration. You'll work closely with lawyers, clients and other stakeholders to implement and design innovative tech solutions that improve day-to-day legal processes. The role involves a mix of hands-on delivery and strategic thinking. You'll support in:

  • Identify innovation opportunities and deliver solutions
  • Champion best practice regarding emerging technologies such as AI and automation
  • Support rollouts and pilot projects for new tools
  • Support teams adopt technology and innovation through training and change management.


To be considered for this role, you'll need to have experience working in a similar innovation / legal technology team in a professional services environment. You'll need knowledge of legal tech platforms and tooling with also good exposure with emerging technologies including AI and automation. You'll need to be passionate about adoption, innovation and best practice in this space.
