Summary

We're looking for a Multi skilled Engineer to join our Kier places team based in RAF Wethersfield, Essex.



Location: RAF Wethersfield, Essex



What will you be responsible for?

As Multi skilled Engineer, you'll be working within the Kier places team, supporting them in Mechanical & basic Electrical Maintenance at RAF Wethersfield.

Your day to day will include:

-To work in conjunction with the occupying client, To carry out duties in a respectful and pleasant manner understanding the needs of the site users.

-To establish, develop and maintain a close and productive working relationships

-General repairs and maintenance This profile is not exhaustive. From time to time, you may be required by the company to perform other tasks, which are not included in the above description, but are within your capabilities and, where necessary, training and full support will be given. To plan and prioritise own workload to achieve objectives and time dependant jobs issued by the Helpdesk

-Liaison with Clients and Sub-Contractors as required

-To check M&E systems to ensure building services are functioning correctly; investigate any alarms and action as necessary, Update site records as and when servicing takes place.



What are we looking for?

This role of Multi skilled Engineer is great for you if:

-Experience working on similar maintenance contract.

-Ability to obtain SC clearance (Must be living in the UK minimum 5 years)

-Mechanical, Electrical and Fabric experience
