Our client is a locally run pharmaceutical distribution business known for excellent customer service, reliability and teamwork. As the company continues to grow, they’re looking for a part-time Warehouse & Office Assistant to join their friendly, supportive team. This is a varied role where you’ll split your time between hands-on warehouse tasks and simple administrative duties — perfect for someone who enjoys variety and being part of a small, dedicated team.

Are you the right person for the job?
You’ll be someone who lives locally, has a strong work ethic, and brings a proactive, “can-do” approach to your work. Our client is looking for a reliable all-rounder who’s happy to get stuck into varied duties and contribute positively to a small team.
You should also have:
• Basic admin and computer skills (Microsoft or willing to learn)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to manage your time and prioritise tasks effectively
• A positive and flexible approach
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• An understanding of data protection (or willingness to learn)
No prior warehouse or admin experience is strictly required—training will be provided for the right person with transferable skills.
What will your role look like?
You’ll be joining a locally run pharmaceutical distribution business that prides itself on quality, reliability and excellent customer service. Your role will be split mainly between warehouse duties and basic admin tasks.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Receiving and checking incoming goods
• Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders accurately
• Storing products correctly and maintaining stock organisation
• Keeping the warehouse and office clean and tidy
• Completing paperwork, data entry and inventory counts
• Carrying out internal checks to ensure consistent, compliant work
• Following health & safety and quality management procedures
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet business goals
• Suggesting improvements and contributing to team discussions
• Supporting with other reasonable tasks as required
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. Mondays are typically quieter, with busier days from Tuesday to Friday.
