We have a unique part-time fixed term contract opportunity to join the team as a Training operations & content coordinator!
As our Training operations & content coordinator you will support the Training team in managing the operational aspects of the training programme, creating and maintaining learning content, and coordinating events and webinars.
This pivotal new role ensures smooth delivery of training activities, excellent customer support, and high-quality learning resources for stakeholders across the higher education sector.
What you’ll be doing:
• Project managing the delivery of the annual training schedule.
• Compiling and analysing reports on training activities, income, expenditure, and booking trends.
• Providing comprehensive administrative support including venue sourcing, delegate bookings, and accurate record maintenance, managing updates to e-learning courses and maintaining all training content.
• Coordinating logistics for events and webinars including scheduling, publishing, communication, and resource preparation.
• Handling customer queries and supporting feedback tracking, peer reviews, and continuous improvement of training processes and quality.
• Preparing learning environments and resources to meet learner needs and occasionally delivering training sessions.
• Overseeing contracts and supplier agreements, while managing purchase orders, invoicing, goods receipting, and budget tracking with the relevant teams.
What we are looking for:
• Demonstrable experience in administrative support roles.
• Proven experience coordinating events or webinars.
• Experience of working with data.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate confidently with colleagues and external contacts at all levels.
• IT literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to interpret data and produce clear reports.
