Summary
Recruitment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a well-established nursery in Harlesden.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the nursery manager in day-to-day operations.
• Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding care and education.
• Assist in planning and implementing learning activities.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safeguarding standards.
Requirements:
• Level 3 or higher qualification in childcare.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or deputy role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of statutory regulations and child development best practices.
Details:
• Salary: £32,000+ per annum
• Working hours: 40 hours per week
• Shift pattern: Between 8am – 6pm
• Contract type: All Year Round
