Summary
We are currently looking for four Laminating Assistant Technicians to join our machine crew on a Temporary 12 Month contract
The Role
Reporting to the relevant Shift Leader, the successful candidate must show an ability to work effectively and efficiently within a team environment, be flexible and willing to learn and have a good appreciation of the quality standards required within the Company.
Candidates must be capable of working to meet productivity targets whilst ensuring products conform to specifications. The ability to prioritise and plan is vital.
Candidates must be willing to take part in efficiency and quality improvement programmes and previous experience of participating in SMED or 5S or lean manufacturing programmes will be beneficial.
The position will be on the Continuous rota 4 on 4 off – 12hour shifts, 7 days a week.
Experience
A basic knowledge of coating and laminating would be a distinct advantage although not essential as full training will be given.
