Landmarc Support Services is looking for a Team Administrator to join our dedicated team at Longmoor Camp. This is a fantastic chance to be part of a thriving facilities management business, where your skills and attention to detail will make a real impact.

Main Responsibilities

As a Team Administrator, you’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing work orders and inputting data accurately
  • Taking clear minutes during meetings (including occasional travel to Brunswick and outstations)
  • Handling calls, mail, and deliveries
  • Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, staff, and contractors
  • Providing administrative support to managers and the wider team
  • Assisting with KPI tracking and reporting for site operations, maintenance, and accommodation
  • Managing stationery control and purchasing
  • Carrying out everyday office tasks such as cleaning coffee machines and preparing meeting rooms

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong office and administration skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communication abilities with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work with both bespoke and standard software packages
  • Strong written and numerical skills to support accurate data input and reporting
  • Ability to take clear notes and produce accurate minutes
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally to support other sites (UK driving licence or ability to travel independently required)

About the Company
