The Role
We are seeking an experienced Building Control Professional to join our team. This role offers plenty of variety as you manage and progress a broad range of building control projects through to effective completion. You will also play a key part in growing our business by establishing and strengthening working relationships with industry professionals.
• assessing plans
• inspections
• giving advice to building control bodies that carry out regulated functions

Ongoing Building Safety Regulator (BSR) fees paid
Requirements
Strong ability to market the service with exceptional customer service skills
Must be registered with the Building Safety Regulator (BSR) to Class 2A, with commitment to further improvement.
Maintain registered status with the BSR, including a record of Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
