We are looking for a caring and reliable Personal Assistant to support an 11-year-old boy with developmental delay and limited motor skills. This is a Up to 16 hours per week (flexible) including after school, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the child with physical activities (walking, running, swimming, park play)
- Assist with therapy exercises and daily routines
- Encourage independence, confidence, and social skills
- Ensure safety and supervision at all times
- Communicate and report progress to parents

Requirements:
- Patience, reliability, and good communication skills
- Enhanced DBS check and right to work in the UK
- Experience with children with developmental delay/SEN is desirable

Duties include:
- Personal grooming
- Eating and drinking assistance
- Moving and handling
- Clinical tasks
- Other relevant duties as required
- Dressing / undressing
- Bathroom assistance

Candidate qualities:

- Able to both follow instructions and work on own initiative
- Hygienic, tidy and well organised
- Fit and healthy to undertake the required duties
- Patient and possess excellent interpersonal skills
