Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour

About the Role:
We’re looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join the Amazon team in Daventry. This is a fast-paced position where you will help keep customer orders moving efficiently through the warehouse. Please note this site is hard to get to via public transport so drivers are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Picking, packing, and sorting customer orders
Loading and unloading goods
Operating handheld scanners
Following health and safety procedures
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
What We’re Looking For:
Good attention to detail
Ability to work 12-hour shifts
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
No experience required but desirable – full training provided
Benefits:
£12.21-£12.60 hourly pay
