Summary

We’re looking for a kind, patient and enthusiastic Level 2 Nursery/Support worker Practitioner to join our dedicated team. You’ll help create a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment where children can explore, learn, and shine in their own way.
What you’ll be doing:
Supporting children in play and learning through the EYFS
Helping with personal care and daily routines
Encouraging communication, independence and confidence
Working closely with families and our amazing team
What we’re looking for:
✨ It is desirable you hold a Level 2 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent)
✨ A caring nature and a genuine passion for supporting young children
✨ An understanding of — or interest in — working with children with additional needs
