Summary
Provision of psychiatric expertise to the EROS team To undertake outpatient clinics, and home visits and participate in multidisciplinary case discussions. To liaise effectively with primary care and mainstream mental health services. To have regular clinical supervision with the consultant psychiatrist. It is the post holders responsibility to ensure that this is booked. To carry out assessments under the Mental Health Act as and when appropriate. To write reports for Tribunal and renewal hearings for patients detained under CTO and provide medical evidence in the hearings.
