The Job Introduction
We have an exciting opportunity for a Credit Controller to join our Head Office team in Stratford upon Avon. The successful candidate will be an integral part of a dynamic and dedicated group of individuals supporting our business in every way possible. This is a varied and interesting role and will give the right candidate a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and growing department, fostering a supportive, welcoming atmosphere that prioritises staff development.

Role and Responsibilities
- Taking a proactive role in managing and collecting debt via telephone, email and written communication
- Build strong relationships with our customers and internal teams while maintaining firm credit control practices
- Reconcile accounts and resolve queries efficiently
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve cash flow and reduce aged debt
- Production of monthly statements
- Credit checks and customer profiling
- Prepare and compile debt reports for the Divisional Financial Controller
About you
- An experienced Credit Controller, potentially studying towards or CICM qualified (ideal but not essential).
- A self-starting team player with excellent communication skills
- Able to prioritise and manage their workload
- Attention to detail
- IT literate with strong Excel skills
