Summary
Marathon Services is currently seeking a highly motivated and reliable Commercial Cleaner to support our Operation's Manager.
This role involves cleaning and maintaining a wide variety of sites, including local government buildings, schools, commercial offices, NHS sites, care and residential facilities, properties, sports and leisure facilities, factories, retail outlets, and large industrial units. The ideal candidate must possess a keen eye for detail and be hard-working.
Please note that the working days and hours for this position are flexible and negotiable.
Locations: King's Lynn and surrounding areas
Hours per week: 30 hours
Days: Monday to Friday
Times: Mainly mornings, starting 6:00am. Start times may be subject to change based on work requirements.
Pay: Hourly rate is dependent on experience
Start Date: January 2026 (date to be confirmed)
Job Responsibilities
• Window cleaning, primarily using the Reach & Wash system
• Carpet cleaning
• End-of-tenancy cleaning
• Lifting heavy cleaning equipment and ladders
• Working at heights
• Working indoors and outside in all weather conditions
• Working both independently and as part of a team
• Full training will be provided in all aspects of the role
Essential Requirements
• A valid, clean full UK driving licence and access to your own car or van
• Willingness to undergo a DBS check
• Ability to be adaptable, dependable, and manage multiple priorities and responsibilities

• 28 days annual leave, inclusive of Bank Holidays (pro-rata)
