Summary
We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and capable live-out Housekeeper to manage the upkeep of a private residence. This is a hands-on busy role, best suited to someone fit, energetic and confident
The ideal candidate will be discreet, proactive, well presented, have exceptional attention to detail, strong organisation skills, and the ability to multi-ask, a proven track record in a similar role within a private household. Knowledge of cleaning procedures, materials & techniques
Duties will include general cleaning, laundry & ironing, putting away clothes, organising & tidying
Essential skills & requirements:
Valid driving licence and be able to commute daily
Prior experience in housekeeping for a private household
Proven track record, excellent references
Strong attention to detail, organisation and communication skills
Discreet
Enjoy working within a busy household
DBS checks will be required
Good spoken English
Looking for a long-term permanent role
Live locally
4 week days
8am – 4.30pm (30 minute paid lunchbreak)
Annual gross salary £ 33,000
Discretionary annual bonus
Start date beginning February 2026
