What the Role Involves
• Diagnosing, servicing and repairing a wide range of vehicles to high standards
• Working alongside an experienced technician team — sharing knowledge and supporting each other
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workshop
• Delivering effective repairs and maintenance, with care for quality and safety
• Customer-facing when needed: discussing necessary work clearly and fairly, delivering vehicles in excellent condition
What We’re After
• Solid experience as a vehicle technician / mechanic (main-dealer, independent or equivalent)
• A skilled, methodical mindset — you do things properly and take pride in your work
• Honesty, reliability and a mature, no-drama attitude
• Good communication: able to explain work needed clearly, and work with customers and colleagues respectfully
• A willingness to work as part of a friendly, collaborative garage team
