We are seeking a friendly, organised Receptionist to be the first point of contact in one of our busy autocentres. If you enjoy helping customers and keeping a workplace running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you.
Key responsibilities:
Greeting customers and providing excellent front-of-house service
Answering calls, booking appointments, and managing the service diary
Communicating clearly between customers, technicians, and management
Processing invoices, payments, and basic admin tasks
Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area
What you’ll bring:
Strong communication and customer service skills
A professional, friendly manner
Good organisational and computer skills
Experience in a customer-facing role (automotive experience helpful but not essential)
