Summary
Foods & Sips Ltd is currently recruiting for a Social Media Manager to develop and execute the company’s social media strategy. The role involves managing day-to-day content creation, attractive product listing, audience engagement, and performance analysis across various social and e-commerce platforms. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the company’s digital voice and supporting its marketing and brand development efforts.
Main duties include:
• Plan and implement a social media strategy aligned with the company’s brand and marketing objectives
• Monitor engagement, respond to customer inquiries and comments, and build an active online community
• Create, update, and manage product listings to ensure they are clear, consistent, and appealing
• Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and suggest improvements
• Work with influencers, freelancers, and other partners when needed.
Skills and Education:
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar digital marketing role.
• Strong understanding of major social media and e-commerce platforms and tools.
• Creative thinking with the ability to craft engaging stories and campaigns.
• Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar)
• Photography, graphic design, or short-form video creation skills are a plus.
