• Is an inspiring communicator and passionate leader who will work with our staff as a team to support the learning of our children and maintain strong links with parents and carers and our local, diverse community
• Will recognise and understand the challenges that we face, and rewards that can be achieved, and who will promote an integrated approach to shaping the future of our school
• Is committed to maintaining our expectations for our children to achieve high standards of behaviour and attendance, and to providing an environment that supports them to realise their full potential
• Has excellent financial management skills to work with staff and governors to proactively manage the school budgets
• Will strongly support the professional development of all staff
• Is fun to work with!
