Summary
Your new role
We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development professional to lead the design and delivery of our learning strategy. This role focuses on building organisational capability, supporting talent development, and fostering a culture of growth and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with managers and stakeholders to identify capability needs and deliver effective learning solutions.
- Develop and implement L&D initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Design and deliver training programmes, including leadership and personal development.
- Manage external training providers and oversee compliance learning via the LMS.
- Support talent development through career pathways, succession planning, and skills frameworks.
- Monitor and report on L&D effectiveness, including ROI and KPIs.
- Manage the training budget and ensure efficient use of resources.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in Learning & Development (4+ years).
- Have ideally used Workday
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to design and deliver impactful learning programmes.
- Knowledge of LMS platforms and digital learning solutions.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on delivery capability.
