What You’ll Need
- Current NMC registration as RGN or RMN.
- Proven experience as a Deputy Nurse Manager able to hit the ground running.
- Strong understanding of clinical leadership, care standards, and risk management.
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
- Experience in older adult care and nursing home settings.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor the clinical team to uphold exceptional standards of nursing care.
- Support the Home Manager with clinical governance, audits, and continuous improvement.
- Drive safe staffing, medication management, and best practice across the home.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals.
- Ensure compliance with CQC, safeguarding, and all regulatory standards.
