You will play a key role in supporting high-quality provision, helping to ensure that all pupils can access learning effectively.
You will receive training and support to develop your knowledge and skills, enabling you to deliver effective learning experiences for learners. This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly and hardworking team and a chance to make a real difference. The successful candidate will:✅ Be passionate about making a difference to all children
✅ Have experience supporting children’s learning, ideally within a school or classroom environment, this can be voluntary
✅ Be aspirational for every child and believe that all pupils can learn – even if they haven’t learnt something yet
✅ Be flexible and able to adapt their practice to support effective learning
✅ Build strong, positive relationships with colleagues and children
✅ Be a reflective practitioner with a strong desire to learn and continually improve
