Are you passionate about working with children and creating a safe, positive environment for learning and play? We are looking for a friendly and reliable Lunchtime Supervisor to join our team at Catshill First School & Nursery.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support pupils during lunchtime, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
Assist with the smooth operation of the dining hall, encouraging good table manners and promoting healthy eating.
Help manage outdoor playtime, ensuring pupils engage in safe and fun activities.
Provide a caring and supportive presence for pupils, addressing any conflicts or concerns that arise.
Work closely with other staff members to ensure a positive school environment. Clean the dining area and remove rubbish
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
A warm, friendly approach and a passion for working with children.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive attitude and the ability to manage situations calmly and efficiently.
Previous experience in a school or childcare setting (desirable but not essential).
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
