Summary


An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Royal London and Mile End Hospitals as our Deputy Director of Nursing and Governance.



The role will report directlytotheHospitalDirector of Nursing, youwill be accountable for supporting thedeliveryof the professional nursingagenda at The Royal London and Mile End Hospitals.The role has specific focus on quality, end of life,mental healtheducation, governanceas well asprofessional practice, researchandinnovationandpatientexperience.


We are looking for a skilled compassionate and inclusive leader who will provide strong professional leadership across all care settings, encouraging innovation, creativity, and strategic thinking about service provision and staff experience.



The successful candidate will be joining a corporate nursing team who will support you so that you are able to flourish in the role alongside being a key player in the wider Barts Health NMAHP leadership community. There will be many opportunities for both personal and professional development.
