Summary
As this is a New to care post, successful candidates will be supported to complete the Care certificate and clinical competencies that will allow them to undertake a range of delegated clinical care duties deliver to deliver agreed plans of care. Provide excellent customer care skills to ensure patients come first. To ensure patients receive high quality clinical care and a good patient experience, havingregard for their customs, religious beliefs and doctrines. Recognise and avoid situations that may be detrimental to the health and wellbeing of theindividuals. To act as an advocate for patients within the ward / department, to ensure a patientorientated approach to the delivery of care.
