Executive Support Officers provide comprehensive and confidential support to Directors and senior managers across the Adult Services and Wellbeing Directorate.
The successful applicant will have a track record of working in a similar role, either in Adult Social Care or an equally fast paced demanding environment. You will demonstrate strong organisational and multi-tasking skills and be confident in using your own initiative and be able to co-ordinate workflows to ensure deadlines and priorities are met. You will be required to act as the key contact for internal and external stakeholders and identify and implement process improvements.
You will be proficient in Microsoft Office and be able to manage and prioritise multiple inboxes and diaries effectively. You will be required to take accurate minutes, demonstrate excellent communication skills and have the ability to manage your own workload to meet tight deadlines.
