As Catering Supervisor, you will take responsibility for the smooth running of the kitchen, including:
Preparing, cooking, and serving nutritious meals
Maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene and health & safety
Managing clerical tasks through a digital management system
Our mission is to create positive lunchtime experiences in a welcoming school environment while prioritising the health and safety of every customer.
What We’re Looking For
Ideally NVQ Level 2 in Catering and Hospitality or equivalent experience
Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
Basic Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2
