About the role:

Our Blantyre Housing Support Service is home to two sociable women who love karaoke, discos, day trips, and pamper nights. You’ll support them to enjoy meaningful days, build friendships, and achieve their goals.


As a Female Support Worker (Equality Act 2010 requirement), you’ll provide one-to-one support with:

• Personal care, household tasks, medication, and meals
• Encouraging independence and social interaction
• Keeping accurate records and working closely with families


Shift patterns:

24/7 service with early, late, and overnight shifts. Rota planned in advance.
What we’re looking for:
• Friendly, reliable, and passionate about people
• Great communication and teamwork skills
• UK driving licence (manual or automatic) – essential
