Summary
We are looking for a reliable Site Labourer to support construction and retrofit projects across Telford and the West Midlands. Duties include site clearance, manual handling, moving materials, assisting trades, maintaining safe work areas, and supporting day-to-day site operations. A full UK driving licence is essential due to travel between sites. A CSCS card is preferred but not essential.
Key Duties
Site clearance and preparation
Manual handling and movement of materials
Assisting trades and installers on construction tasks
Maintaining clean, safe, and organised work areas
Loading and unloading vehicles
Basic use of hand tools
Following company safety procedures and instructions
Supporting general labouring activities as required
Skills and Experience
Essential
Full UK driving licence
Ability to carry out physically demanding manual work
Good punctuality and reliability
Understanding of basic site safety
Preferred
Valid CSCS card
Previous experience on construction or retrofit sites
Manual handling training
Awareness of health and safety practices
