Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Job Description

We are seeking an ambitious and driven individual to join our team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. In this role, you will learn the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying and attracting candidates to building relationships with clients and supporting them in securing top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles

Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates

Write and post job adverts across multiple platforms

Support senior consultants with market research, lead generation, and candidate management

Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to job offer

Meet weekly targets and contribute to overall team goals

Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to learn

Goal-driven with a proactive approach to tasks

Able to work in a fast-paced, target-focused environment

No prior recruitment experience required—full training provided
