• Full autonomy to design, shape and embed the culture, values and staffing structure.
• Exceptional earning potential - up to £65,000 salary + £3,000 annual bonus.
• Part of a stable and ambitious group - 6 homes already open, with 3–4 more planned for 2026.
• Strong leadership progression - clear path to Senior Manager or Operations Manager as the group expands.
• Robust support structure - in-house recruitment team, training function, senior operations support, and corporate systems.
• A role where your decisions genuinely shape outcomes for vulnerable young people.

The Role
• As the Dual Registered Manager, you will:
• Responsible for Operational Leadership
• Manage and oversee two 2-bed Ofsted-regulated children’s homes, supporting young people with learning disabilities, EBD and complex behaviors.
• Lead the brand new services as part of ongoing expansion.
• Work fully in line with SCIFF, Children’s Homes Regulations (2015) and the Quality Standards.
• Ensure both homes maintain full occupancy and high standards of care.
• Take responsibility for safeguarding, risk management, compliance and exceptional operational delivery.

Team Building & Culture
• Personally recruit, induct and shape your new staffing teams.
• Conduct supervisions, appraisals, training needs assessments, rota management and performance oversight.
• Embed the organisation’s values, mission and language across both services.
• Lead with passion, clarity and purpose - inspiring a team that delivers high-quality outcomes.
External Stakeholder Management
• Build strong relationships with local authorities, social workers, schools, health professionals and external agencies.
• Represent the homes confidently during inspections, reviews and multi-agency meetings.
• Ensure both services consistently achieve positive outcomes for young people.

About You
• You will be a confident, experienced and values-driven manager who brings:
• At least 2 years’ experience (within the last 5 years) in a managerial role in children’s residential care - ideally Registered Manager level.
• Experience supporting young people with complex behaviors and/or learning disabilities.
• Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
• Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or willingness to complete).
• Strong working knowledge of:
• Children’s Homes Regulations 2015
• Quality Standards
• Care Standards Act 2000
• A proven track record with Ofsted.
• The ability to lead, motivate and inspire teams through growth and change.

What the Organisation Offers
• Up to £65,000 base salary for those with experience and qualification.
• £3,000 annual bonus (based on clear, achievable objectives)
• 33 days annual leave
• Health insurance
• In-house training, L&D and recruitment support
• A family-oriented, stable and supportive culture
• A leadership team with experience from other major national Ofsted providers
