What you’ll do:

• Lead and motivate a dedicated team
• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care
• Oversee support plans and ensure compliance
• Manage rotas and provide on-shift coaching
• Build strong relationships with families and professionals


What we’re looking for:

• Experience supporting people with complex needs
• Leadership and mentoring skills
• Knowledge of Care Inspectorate standards
• Flexibility for varied shifts
• UK Driving Licence
