We have an exciting opportunity for a Building Coordinator to join our team at Hinkley Point C. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm. As a Building Coordinator you will be responsible for your assigned building, communicating regularly with the buildings key stakeholders, responsible for overseeing all FM audits throughout the building, liaising with the Soft and Hard Services teams on the buildings service requirements, ensuring that all tasks are captured on the CAFM system and regular meetings with the Helpdesk team.

Operational Leadership & Delivery

Collaborate with Contract Operations to achieve contract goals and deliver key requirements.

Manage and allocate resources within budget to meet daily delivery and business needs.

Oversee building audits and regularly audit team duties, identifying and actioning improvements.

Support the supervision of other HPC Site Teams during Team Leader absences.

Ensure robust procedures are followed to maintain adequate staffing levels.

Client & Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary client point of contact and communicate closely with building stakeholders.

Collaborate with the client, sharing advice and knowledge to ensure a joined-up FM service delivery approach.

Establish and maintain effective internal and external working relationships.

Proactively suggest service enhancements for the customer.

Ensure the contract's image reflects the Company's professional standards.

Reporting & Administrative Support
Responsible for reporting progress and performance, including monitoring and reporting key metrics.

Support mobilization planning for new buildings.

Liaise with the hard services team for reactive and PPM task appointments.

Liaise with suppliers for quotes on consumables and project work.

Support the wider FM team in delivering the service as per the SLA.
