We are currently looking for a Claims/Prospect Assessor to join our team in our Cardiff office.
As a Claims/Prospect Assessor, you will play an important role in evaluating the merits of Property and Employment related claims. You will work closely with our Claims Team to interpret legal expenses insurance policies and deliver high-quality customer service to policyholders and clients.
To be successful, you will ideally have a law degree or relevant insurance qualifications, along with previous customer service experience. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of Property and Employment Law are also beneficial.
