Summary

We are currently looking for a IT Telephony Engineer to join our team based out of our London office.
The role will be responsible for maintaining the existing phone infrastructure, migration of legacy systems and provide input into the design and implementation of the NICE Contact Centre Enterprise phone cluster and Microsoft Teams calling functionality.
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong skill set in an IT Telephony role where you are able to maintain and upkeep a telephony infrastructure for multiple businesses as well the tools to provide the analytics for insight for the business. This role would require someone who is ITIL certified.
