Summary
Clean and maintain a variety of areas including patient care spaces, bathrooms, reception, and administration areas. Dusting, vacuuming, laundry/ironing, and cleaning at higher levels. Use appropriate products and equipment while following hygiene and cleaning protocols. Carry out spot cleaning to manage spills and maintain cleanliness throughout the day. Ensure floor surfaces, furniture, and equipment are clean and well-maintained. Replenish supplies and disposables daily. Dispose of waste in line with Hospice policies. Report any maintenance or safety concerns. Engage respectfully and courteously with patients and families. Be flexible to support cleaning across other Hospice sites as needed.
