In this pivotal role, you’ll lead the development and optimization of our digital systems and data strategy, ensuring robust, secure, and user-focused solutions that support our mission. Northpoint is a BACP-accredited service operating Service Centres for single point of access (SPA) and central point of contact (CPOC) services in West Yorkshire. Our Service Centres facilitate referrals and requests for support related to mental health and emotional well-being and ASD/ADHD requests for assessment. Our model is digitally enabled to provide an efficient and informed service user experience, connecting people to the right local resources and support, at the right time, in line with their individual goals. What you will be doing as our Senior Data & Systems Lead: Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of digital case management systems and data platforms. Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with GDPR and best practices in health and social care. Collaborate with service delivery, clinical, and impact teams to identify and deliver digital solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Oversee data analytics and reporting to inform decision-making and drive service improvements. Manage and mentor a team of data and systems professionals, supporting their development and ensuring high standards of performance. Build strong relationships with local partners, technology providers, and stakeholders to support integrated digital working. Champion a culture of innovation, quality assurance, and continuous improvement across all digital and data processes. What are we looking for in our ideal Senior Data & Systems Lead: Degree or high level of academic achievement and evidence of continuous professional development Experience of working in a data, information, or responsible administrative role producing monitoring reports that measure performance and demonstrate outcomes Experience in the development, maintenance, and analysis of data collection systems and electronic patient management systems such as IAPTus, SystmOne, or similar IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook) and video conferencing tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams) Proficient in Excel, including data analysis and reporting Ability to present accessible, clear, and informative data reports Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written Proven change management and team-working skills If you have the skills, knowledge and experience we are looking for, and are passionate about making a difference, please click ‘Apply’ to be considered for our Senior Data & Systems Lead.
