Crynodeb
The post holder will be responsible for providing management and clinical leadership for a team of healthcare professionals in the delivery of NHS Children and Young Peoples Continuing Care across Birmingham and Solihull ICB.Support a range of childrens commissioning activities, within the function of the All Age Continuing Healthcare Team.Have operational oversight of the delivery of the NHS Children and Young Peoples Continuing Care function including assessments, reviews, commissioning and case management.To identify service priorities, setting and monitoring standards, child centred care planning, and ensuring the team has the right skills and support to deliver a high quality service.To communicate with, and actively influence, a range of internal and external stakeholders including clinical and professional leads, senior managers and executive board members to improve outcomes for this vulnerable group of children and young people.
