The Role
We are recruiting two experienced Medical Staffing Project Coordinators to support a large-scale rota compliance and workforce resilience project across 35 medical specialities.
This is a high-impact role suited to someone who understands medical rota compliance inside out and isn’t afraid to challenge, assess, and drive improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Review and assess compliant medical rota templates across multiple specialities
Apply pre-determined compliance criteria to produce RAG ratings
Analyse exception reports and workforce intelligence to identify themes and operational risks
Work directly with Care Groups to explore rota revisions, shift pattern changes, and staffing solutions
Support the ongoing Medical Roster system roll-out
Ensure rotas support:
Patient safety
Service delivery
Doctor wellbeing
Training compliance
Confidently challenge non-compliant or unsafe rotas
Essential Experience
Strong working knowledge of the 2016 Resident Doctor Contract
Proven experience building and reviewing medical rota templates
Demonstrable experience in:
Rota compliance
Workforce planning
Medical staffing projects
High confidence dealing with senior clinicians and service leads
