If you’re an experienced Deputy Manager Registered Nurse ready to move into your next leadership role and help people with disabilities live independently, we’d love to hear from you.

A home with heart
As Deputy Manager Registered Nurse with Leonard Cheshire, you will support the Service Manager in running Seven Rivers, a residential home with nursing support in Colchester for up to 29 adults with disabilities

You’ll help the home run smoothly, make sure residents get high-quality, person-centred care, and lead a team of nurses and care staff with confidence and care.

At Leonard Cheshire, we provide frontline care and support across care homes, nursing homes, and supported living services. Every day, we help over 1,600 people with disabilities live with independence, choice, and dignity.
Would you like to join a friendly, values-driven team making a real difference in people’s lives?
