Summary
Looking for an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
Site Supervision: Oversee and supervise on-site activities to ensure that work is completed as per specifications and in a timely manner. Maintain a strong presence on all assigned sites.
Quality Control & Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that work is being carried out to a high standard and in compliance with building regulations and company quality requirements.
Contractor Coordination: Manage and coordinate tradespeople, such as builders, electricians, and plumbers, to ensure smooth workflows. Resolve any on-site issues promptly.
Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor project progress daily, report back to the project management team, and ensure any delays or issues are communicated and addressed.
Time & Budget Management: Ensure all tasks are completed on schedule and within budget. Monitor material usage and labor costs, and prevent any wastage or unnecessary expenses.
Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all health and safety regulations are strictly adhered to on-site, and maintain a safe and compliant working environment.
Material Management: Confirm that all required materials are delivered on time and are the correct specification. Coordinate with suppliers as needed to avoid any project delays.
Client Liaison: Occasionally interact with clients during site visits, providing updates and ensuring client satisfaction with project progress and quality.
