Role is onsite office based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.
Who you’ll be working with
You will join highly skilled technical team and will be able to work on challenging projects employing cutting edge technologies. We have an ambition to grow the team throughout 2025 and into 2026 focusing on key technologies such as AI, Data Analysis, Salesforce, Cloud technologies and cutting-edge web technologies.
Focus of your role:
We are on the hunt for a technology-oriented Senior DotNet Developer to work closely with our clients to identify what it is they need, and how we can solve their problems with innovative digital tech. Skilled in coordinating teams across software, data engineering, and data modelling initiatives. Brings a strong understanding of cloud platforms, microservices, data analysis tools, and modern technologies like Databricks and AI/ML applications.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, Blazor, or WPF/WinForms. Build APIs and services to integrate AI/ML models into production systems.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
• Implement unit tests, CI/CD pipelines, and code reviews to ensure high-quality software
• Design, train, and validate ML and AI models as well as Optimize models for scalability, latency, and performance.
• Develop and optimize data architectures.
• Use design patterns like Repository, Dependency Injection, Singleton, Factory, etc.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and security across systems.
• Implement deep learning, NLP, recommendation systems, or predictive analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with data scientists to productionize research models.
• Automate ML workflows, including training, testing, and deployment.
• Monitor and maintain models in production, ensuring reliability and fairness.
• Work with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) for scalable deployments.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with large-scale data architecture and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Plotly).
• Experience with real-time analytics and streaming AI.
• Understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
Soft Skills:
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proactive mindset with attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Desirable Skills
• BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics
• Experience of working in a Scrum or Agile methodology.
