Salary: £19.00 - £20.00 per hour
We are looking for an experienced Plumber to join the dedicated in-house maintenance team for a leading residential developer and housing association. You will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality service and support across social housing properties. The role covers Hackney, Islington, Kensington & Chelsea, Barnet, and Enfield.
There is the opportunity to earn more from call outs and out of hours service.
Responsibilities:

Carrying out a wide range of plumbing repairs and replacements, including sinks, water tanks, and full bathroom installations, across residential social housing properties.
- Diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues promptly and efficiently, minimising disruption to tenants.
- Undertaking additional maintenance tasks as required, including basic carpentry, tiling, painting, and patch plastering repairs.
- Accurately recording all work using mobile devices and/or worksheets, ensuring updates are completed in real time.
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
- City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (desirable)
- Own hand tools (larger tools and specialist equipment will be arranged if needed)
