Summary
Location: University Hospital Coventry & Warwick
Contract type: 6 Months - potential to go perm
Salary: £25,500 per annum
Our client is looking for a Building Maintenance Technician to join the team providing exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.
You will be responsible for carrying out general maintenance and reactive tasks in a healthcare environment, e.g. changing the ceiling tiles as well as the below:
- Ensuring site cleanliness and hygiene in a safety critical environment
- Identifying and addressing risks
- Report and escalate issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Basic IT skills
- A proactive, socially responsible approach to delivering excellence
- Experience in a healthcare setting is beneficial.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Commitment to health and safety
- Professionalism, confidentiality and a willingness to learn and grow
