An exciting opportunity has a risen for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our administrative team working in Postgraduate Medical Education within the Trust.
We are looking for candidates with excellent interpersonal skills. An understanding of the NHS is essential together with advanced IT skills, administration experience in working with databases and excel and the ability to adapt to change while managing and prioritising a heavy workload in a fast-developing professional environment - are all essential.
Full Time Position 37.5 Hours Per Week , position located at NSECH with travel to other sites

We are looking for an organised and flexible person who enjoys working in a very busy, challenging environment who can retain accuracy and respond well in a customer-focused setting when working under pressure to meet the requirements of the role. Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Key responsibilities for this post will be to provide an excellent administrative service to the Postgraduate Education team consisting of faculty, clinician and managers. You will work closely with the Postgraduate Education Manager and other members of staff within the department.
Applicants should be self-motivated with an ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The post-holder will be based at NSECH but may be required to work on other sites within the Trust.

To act as a key point of contact for all Postgraduate Training Grade Doctors within the Trust
To support the delivery of postgraduate medical education for junior doctors
To support the delivery of faculty development programmes for Consultant and SAS doctors
To provide administrative support to the Postgraduate Manager and Chair of the Medical Education Board
To administer Foundation ARCP panels, including recruitment of ARCP assessors.
