The Successful candidate will have:
· Catering and Hospitality qualification or relevant experience
· Experience of cooking with a range of different food and cuisines
· Experience of catering for allergies/dietary requirements
· The ability to work a busy service and cater for large numbers
· The ability to work as part of a team and unsupervised when required
· The ability to understand relevant Health and Safety procedures
· Communication skills to deliver polite, courteous and efficient customer service
