What You’ll Be Doing:

Managing long-term conditions (Diabetes, Asthma, COPD)

Delivering adult & childhood immunisations

Performing cervical cytology
-
Wound care and treatment-room activities
-
Supporting health promotion and patient education initiatives

Working as part of a forward-thinking MDT focused on quality care
What We’re Looking For:

NMC-registered Nurse with primary care/Practice Nurse experience

Confident in core treatment-room skills
-
Compassionate, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously

Keen to grow and develop within a supportive team structure
